A.N.A. Associates Ltd was started in 2007 and by mortgage brokers, whom worked for a national Independent Mortgage company. With their mortgage industry expertise and knowledge, they wanted to offer professional and personal advice on mortgages, protection and insurance to new clients as well as their own clients:

Anthony D'Souza (Director/Mortgage Consultant) - Anthony worked for Halifax, for a total of six years, of which five years as a mortgage adviser, covering six different branches including Richmond, Staines and other parts of South West London. Needing a change of scenery, he went on to Woolwich/Barclays as a mortgage adviser for a further three years, before joining Park Row as an Independent Mortgage adviser. Using his previous knowledge and experience from working with different Banks and Lenders, the time was right to start A.N.A. Associates offering Independent Mortgage advice to clients.

With the majority of lender contacts made from the previous company, they ensured there was continuity without having the need to establish themselves with new lender management.

ANA are fully qualified CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice & Practice) and CeRGI (Certificate in Regulated General Insurance). You can feel reassured that A.N.A. Associates Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA no. 475803), offering you protection and ensuring you are given impartial advice and first class customer care.
